As to safety, I think that the BundleMe is perfect for the car seat since it allows the straps to rest directly on the baby without any "puffiness" in between. Our discharge nurse/car seat tech at the hospital was thrilled with this invention. Don't they say that it is better to strap baby in - THEN tuck in a blanket? This is what the BundleMe does.
We also have the Toddler size. My 6 year old is jealous when we walk him to school on a cold day and his 2 year old little brother is all Bundled in the stroller. He says it isn't fair that they didn't invent these when he was a baby.

I use this product in my son's stroller. It keeps him nice and toasty on the cooler Michigan days. I have the larger size and it's great!

We thought this was a great way to keep our child warm until a car-seat technician told us how unsafe they are. Better to use a bonnet type fleece cover. We got one of those and love it. We repurposed the bundle me to work in the stroller.

The JJ Cole Bundle Me is a must have for all babies! I have bought one of these for all four of my children, no more blankets falling out of the car seat or stroller, onto the dirty ground. Baby will be bundled up, snug as a bug! As the saying goes... :)

This Bundle Me worked very well for both of my children. It particularly holds up well compared to the other style that is a sherpa lining. This just wipes clean, and does not look used at all after washing. It fit okay in my Chicco Keyfit 30, not a perfect fit, but it worked really well. It is also nice that it zippers all the way around so once you get into the warm car you can unzip and let your child get to a comfortable temperature. We live in Central NY and this is a blessing!
