Great improvement October 29, 2010
Reviewer: Shannon G from pensacola, FL United States
I have recently tried these new soakers as I have the old gro baby soakers mostly. I love the improves leg fussed and I like the additional layer of backing for longer term use but I really was not as happy that they did not use the same super soft fabric next to babys bum as the old ones or the doublets have.

LOVE these soakers! October 29, 2010
Reviewer: Krista Rushane from Bellingham, WA United States
I have the older GroBaby diaper shells and some of the older style soakers, as well as these new soakers. I have to say, these are the best!! They added length, width and even depth to these soakers, and the new backing on them keeps my shells much drier than the older ones did. I have less "overspill" with these soakers, and even with newborn diapers rarely have to change the shell with a messy when I use these soakers.

Good enough October 29, 2010

We like these too. They take SO long to dry though. Seem to hold in pee smell...even after washing.

Thank you GroVia! October 29, 2010
Reviewer: rebecca skeen from Lynchburg, VA United States
We tried several types of diapers and these are our FAVORITE. If we had it to do again, we would ONLY have purchased diapers from this company. The size of these soakers are perfect for taking out and about in your diaper bag. Also, the fact that you can re-use the shells and only replace the soakers makes these diapers easier to travel with AND cuts back on the amount of laundry.

With these new soakers, they improved on an already great system. The waterproof back really keeps the covers clean and keeps hands from touching a soaked soaker!

Once again THANKS GROVIA! Try these and any of their other products. You will be so glad that you did.

Better than groBaby soakers. October 22, 2010
Reviewer: Christina Litle
I have to say that while the gusset could be longer...I definitely maintains messes way better than the grobaby liners did; I found myself with just about EVERY diaper change with a groBaby insert throwing the insert AND the shell in the wash. :(  AND the waterproof backing??? GENIUS!!!!!!!!!! I really love these soakers and the whole system of GroVia!

New, but improved? October 17, 2010
Reviewer: Sara from WA United States
So far I haven't found this to be the case. The Gro Via soakers are somewhat better at keeping large BM's off the shell, but not completely successful (I have found this to be a common theme with all "shelled" diapers, so it's not a deal breaker for me). The waterproof lining does keep the shell somewhat dryer, but either it, or the difference in soaker material seems to make them leak more when compared to the old style GroBaby diapers. I am hoping that they may just need a few more washes (I pre-washed both the GroBaby and GroVia soakers 5 times, and we have had no leaking issues with the GroBaby soakers purchased at the same time) to reach better absorbency, or that possibly when used with shells on the smallest snap down they take more  finesse to ensure proper positioning, but so far, I don't see any real benefit to the new design. A clean dry shell does nothing when you have to so a complete wardrobe change at every diapering because the wetness was redirected up baby's back!
