Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy:

BumRiteDiapers offers $5 FLAT RATE SHIPPING (2-8 Business Days, from time of shipment) on all orders within the contiguous United States.

All orders are shipped via US Mail or FedEx.

We will ship to US Territories, Alaska, Hawaii and other countries, and to APO addresses, however the only shipping option available is USPS Priority Mail and corresponding shipping charges (by weight and destination) will be quoted in the Cart.

1. We ship ALL PACKAGES with free delivery confirmation and/or a tracking number.
2. Please be sure to use a delivery address that has a secure location where the carrier can leave your package.

Shipping Times:

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. (Business days are M-F and do not include weekends or holidays.)

If you need your order guaranteed quickly, we highly recommend selecting US Priority Mail OR if you require an exact delivery date, choose FedEx Standard Overnight or FedEx 2 day.

If you select our $5 FLAT RATE Shipping method, please note that it can take up to 2-8 business days from the shipping date for your order to arrive. OR - you may receive it tomorrow if you live near us!

We are located in Napa, CA. Please take that into consideration when calculating transit times. (e.g. Napa, CA to New York, NY generally takes 5 business days or 3-days when shipping USPS Priority)

Cancellations & Changes:

Due to the volume of orders we process and our quick fulfillment system, changes are not permitted once an order is submitted. If we are able to cancel your order in time, we will do so.

If you do need to make a return, you can submit a request here. We will reply during regular business hours. Please allow up to 24 hours for a reply. Or call us! 855-BUMRITE.

Missing/Damaged items:

If your order arrives and you find there is a missing or damaged item(s) please contact us within 7 business days of receipt of your package. If the product(s) was damaged during shipping, please let us know if the packaging was damaged so that we can file a claim with the carrier. Please be sure to keep all packaging as it is required for freight claims.

Defective products may require that you file a warranty claim directly with the manufacturer.

Undeliverable or Refused Packages:

Refused orders or orders "returned to sender" will be processed like a return. Restocking fees and all applicable shipping costs will be debited from your refund.
