All bumGenius products (4.0 Pocket, Organic Elemental, Freetime, and FLIP) have the same cut - the only difference is how the absorbent
layer is applied (stitched, flapped, separate, in a pocket - and
material: micro-terry vs organic cotton).
BG4.0 pocket
The bumGenius 4.0 are a staple and you cannot go wrong.
PRO: Easy to use, Easy to care for, hanging covers to dry = longer life
CON: Stuffing can be cumbersome
BG Organic Elemental AIO
Elementals are organic cotton and in my opinion, cotton absorbs best!
However, cotton takes longer to dry and is not quite as durable as a
polyester, like the rest.
PRO: NO STUFFING, cotton absorbs more
CONS: More expensive, longer drying which means more exposure to wear and tear of the heat from the dryer.
FLIP Hybrid System (cover + insert)
The basic one size waterproof cover with an absorbent insert.
PRO: Separate pieces means hang dry = longer life, economical, use ANY absorbent insert/prefold/fitted with cover
CONS: FLIP insert can bunch up
FREETIME AIO with Staydry Microterry attached Flaps
PRO: Simple on/off, may hang dry over night, trim
CON: flaps are odd and can be hard to clean
