BumRiteDiapers offers FREE Economy Shipping (8-12 business days) on all orders of $99 or more within the contiguous United States and to military families with an APO or FPO.
All orders are shipped via US Mail or FedEx.
We will ship to US Territories, Alaska, Hawaii and other countries, however the only shipping option available is USPS Priority Mail and corresponding shipping charges (by weight and destination) will be quoted in the Cart.
1.We ship ALL PACKAGES with delivery confirmation and/or a tracking number.
2.Please be sure to use a delivery address that has a secure location where the carrier can leave your package.
Orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days. (Business days are M-F and do not include weekends or holidays.)
If you need your order quickly, we highly recommend selecting US Priority Mail OR for GUARANTEED delivery, FedEx Standard Overnight or FedEx 2 day service.
We are located in Napa, CA. Please take that into consideration when calculating transit times. (e.g. Napa, CA to New York, NY generally takes 5 business days when shipping USPS Priority and 8-12 business days with FREE Economy Shipping)
Cancellations & Changes:
Due to the volume of orders we process and our quick fulfillment system, changes and/or cancellations are not permitted once an order is submitted. If we are able to cancel your order in time, store credit will be issued.

FREE Economy Shipping:
If you select our FREE Economy Shipping method, please note that it can take up to 8-12 business days from the shipping date for your order to arrive. OR - you may receive it tomorrow...
If you need your items quickly, we highly recommend upgrading your shipping to US Priority Mail (3-5 business days from shipping date) or choosing 'FASTER Free Economy Shipping' (3-7 business days).
Neither of the above options are a guaranteed service and shipping times are approximate. (If you select US Priority Mail to ship to an APO,FPO,or similar military address please note that typical US Priority Mail times in transit do not apply.)
If you require an EXACT delivery date, choose FedEx Standard Overnight or FedEx 2 Day.
All USPS Priority and FedEx packages are insured for $50.
We highly suggest purchasing additional insurance for a larger value order. BumRiteDiapers.com cannot be responsible for more than $50 once the order leaves our warehouse if additional insurance has not been purchased.
*Package insurance only covers lost or damaged packages. Once USPS or FedEx indicate a package as delivered, BumRite Diapers is no longer responsible for the package and the contents. If a package is stolen or missing once it's listed as delivered, we urge you to contact the delivery driver and/or file a police report.
As stewards of the environment and to offer great prices and promotions, we often use "recycled" shipping products.
If your order arrives and you find there is a missing or damaged item(s) please contact us within 7 business days of receipt of your package. If the product(s) was damaged during shipping, please let us know if the packaging was damaged so that we can file a claim with the carrier. Please be sure to keep all packaging as it is required for freight claims.
Defective products may require that you file a warranty claim directly with the manufacturer.
Lost, Undeliverable or Refused Packages:
If your tracking number indicates that your package has been delivered and you canâ€™t find your package, be sure to check everywhere. Carriers have been known to hide packages behinds plants/bushes, under trees, at the back door, inside your garage or with the neighbors. In apartment complexes, carriers have been known to leave packages with the leasing office or management building. Please contact the carrier to inquire about where they left your package. If your tracking number shows that your package has been returned to BumRite Diapers, please call us at 1-855-BUMRITE.
Refused orders or orders "returned to sender" will be processed like a return. Restocking fees and all applicable shipping costs will be debited from your refund.
How do I return/exchange an item?
You may receive credit for any unwashed, unused, and in original packaging items within 30 days of original purchase date for a full refund (less any shipping paid by BumRite Diapers).
A flat restocking fee of $3.00 will be deducted from your refund.
We Do Not accept returns on items marked as 'Clearance'.
If it was our mistake, we will pay return/replacement shipping fees.
Please use our 'Contact Us' form. Include your name, email, order #, and reason for return.
We will create a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization number) to include with your return merchandise. You have 30 days to return the item(s). We will issue a credit to your card/PayPal once we receive your return in resell-able condition.
If free shipping was applied to the original order, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from the purchase price.
To keep it simple and maintain accuracy, we do not accept exchanges. Please complete the above RMA process and complete a brand new order. <In this manner, you do not have to wait for the return package to arrive and process and refund before you can order the new product(s) - and you secure any limited stock items(s)>
Most manufacturers require their defective items be handled directly through them.
