You may receive credit for any unwashed, unused, and in original packaging items within 30 days of original purchase date for a full refund (less any shipping paid by BumRite Diapers). Store credit to our website will be issued if return is received 30-60 days after purchase. After 60 days, we will not accept your return.
We Do Not accept returns on items marked as 'Clearance'.
If it was our mistake, we will pay return/replacement shipping fees.
Please use our 'Contact Us' form. Include your name, email, order #, and reason for return.
We will create a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization number) to include with your return merchandise. You have 30 days to return the item(s). We will issue a credit to your card/PayPal once we receive your return in resell-able condition.
If item received is NOT received in re-sellable, new, condition - we will only issue store credit.
If free shipping was applied to the original order, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from the purchase price.
To keep it simple and maintain accuracy, we do not accept exchanges. Please complete the above RMA process and complete a brand new order. <In this manner, you do not have to wait for the return package to arrive and process and refund before you can order the new product(s) - and you secure any limited stock items(s)>
